Now Hiring : Medical Assistant

Full-Time | 3 Months Contract | Competitive Pay

High Chances of Conversion or Extension after 3 Months

Location : Webster, TX 77598

Scheduled : Total 40 hours per week

Shift : M-F 8am to 5 : 00pm, 8 Hours in day 5 Days in week

Hourly Pay : $21.00 – $23.00 on W2

Responsibilities :

• Take and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during examinations or procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications as directed by the provider.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Verify insurance, process billing, and handle patient check-in / out.
• Maintain and update patient medical records in EMR systems.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-up visits.
• Handle patient calls and relay provider instructions.
• Conduct basic lab tests and ensure accurate documentation in EMR.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and maintain exam rooms.
