Now Hiring : Registered Nurse (RN) Location : Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center – Grand Junction, CO Schedule : Full-time, Part-Time & PRN | 12-Hour Day / night Shifts (6 : 00 – 6 : 30 w / 30 min lunch) & Evening Shifts (6 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM) Compensation : Competitive wages starting at $35.00 – $47.08 per hour DOE At Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We are seeking dedicated and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a part-time basis. Position Overview As an RN, you will provide and coordinate nursing care, supervise direct care staff, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of medical and personal care. You will serve as a key member of the care team, collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote wellness and quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in accordance with nursing standards and physician directives. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, and document observations in medical records. Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Provide support to residents and their families, maintaining open communication and professionalism. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies. Participate in care planning, shift reports, and team meetings. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado (required). Ability to work 12-hour day / night shifts (6 : 00 – 6 : 30 w / 30 min lunch) and / or short evening shifts (6 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM) . Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred but not required. What We Offer Competitive wages : $35.00 – $47.08 per hour DOE . $15,000.00 Sign on Bonus (Full-time positions only) Benefits package available for eligible employees (medical, dental, vision).
