A company is looking for a Director of Market Planning & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential new service areas using geospatial analytics and market dynamics

Lead site selection processes and assess properties for strategic fit and financial feasibility

Manage relationships with real estate partners and negotiate terms for lease and purchase agreements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategy, finance, business development, or commercial real estate

Strong financial modeling skills, with a preference for real estate financing experience

Proven experience in quantitative analytics, with a preference for geospatial analytics

A bachelor's degree is required
