Full-time opportunity in an outpatient setting for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LCSW or LMHC  to join our growing behavioral health program. This provider will provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to clients with diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The LMHC or LCSW, under the supervision of the Physician(s) who acts as the collaborative practitioner(s), is responsible for :

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients mental health needs
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity
• Advocate for clients rights and access to resources, facilitating referrals to community sources and support services as needed
• Documenting in a timely and thorough manner
