Structural Design Engineer (Custom Residential Experience)

Perform structural design of construction projects i.e., custom residential homes including new construction and additions / remodels, light industrial / commercial buildings, tenant improvements, retaining walls and various landscape structures. Complete structural calculations, markup structural plans / details and specifications / notes for construction projects that range from moderate to complex. This includes coordination from commencement to completion with Clients, Architects / Designers, Contractors & other staff to meet project schedules. Other duties shall include site / field observations, printing / plotting and mentoring / assisting staff engineers as needed.

Pay : Up to $130,000.00 per year
