A large automotive dealership group in the Eastern Carolinas is interviewing to hire an experienced General Manager and an Import General Manager for their busy store . Responsibilities - General Manager :
The GM is responsible for the operations and profitability of their DivisionOversees the staffing of the company, hiring, and training new managers and employees.Sets Sales quotas and goals and assists in structural arrangements and communication with the Manufacturer.Actively supports, encourages, and motivates managers daily to maintain high morale.Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.Will be accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance.Supports other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership.The GM responsibilities include supervision of Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers, Service and Parts Managers, and all other personnel.Qualifications - General Manager :
Must have a minimum five-year employment history at the GM level with verifiable above average CSI and market share performance history.Must be process oriented, well disciplined, and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills.Must possess proven successful leadership skills with demonstrated employee and customer respect and loyalty.Must have advanced knowledge of dealership accounting and advanced computer skills.Please upload your resume.
