Reports to : Director of Recovery Community Development Division

Employee Type : Exempt / Full Time 35 hours / week

Salary range : $55,000 to $60,000

Location : Union County, NJ : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Amount of travel and any other special conditions or requirements : Must possess a valid driver's license and method of transportation. The position requires regionalized travel. All travel mileage will be reimbursed.

Evening and Weekend Availability : Must be available evenings and weekends

Hours per day or week : 35 hours per week.

Description of duties and responsibilities :

• Program and participant coordination

Immediately reports any concerns to the Division Director

Assists in the coordination and implementation of organizational meetings, training / technical assistance and events

Qualifications for the position :

Skills, knowledge, and Personal Qualities required : Must possess the skills, knowledge, and personal qualities required to fulfill the responsibilities listed above. Bilingual preferred. Strong writing and computer skills are required.
