Responsibilities
Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & HealthDrive new business growth through inbound and outbound sales strategiesGenerate quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policiesProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly client supportMaintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success dailyCross-sell and upsell existing clients to deepen relationships and boost retentionBuild referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and other professionalsDeliver excellent customer service to maintain long-term client satisfactionDevelop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clientsAgency Owner will be providing leads to help generate salesMeet and exceed monthly sales goalsbecause your paycheck depends on itRequirements
Insurance experience is preferred, but not requiredSales experience or a client-facing background is a plusProven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behaviorMust be coachableExcellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listeningMust have strong interpersonal communication skillsMust be motivated and determinedRequired : General Lines Property and Casualty LicenseRequired : General Lines Life & Health License (30 days after employment - can help obtain)
