Florida Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to lead high-exposure cases in insurance defense.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies

Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school

Active bar license in the state of Florida

8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation

Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities

Preferred experience in insurance defense matters
