POSITION SUMMARY :

The Facility Maintenance Team Member play a vital role in keeping the playing surface safe, clean, and ready for action. Whether during practices, games, or events, your attention to detail ensures athletes can perform at their best without risk of slips or injuries. This position is essential to maintaining the flow of the game and the professionalism of the facility.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :

Facility Maintenance Tasks

• Maintain courts, and equipment as at all times during events
• Monitor for spills throughout the facility and clean as needed
• Clean all floor surfaces in facility
• Clean all guest seating
• Assist referees, coaches, and facility staff in ensuring safe playing conditions
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests with answers and directions as needed
• Set up and break down court cleanliness equipment before and after events.
• Have general knowledge regarding program options and facility events
• Be responsive to guest concerns and direct to appropriate Manager to resolve
• Complete all other duties as assigned by management
