We are seeking a detail-oriented and financially savvy Grants Specialist to manage a diverse portfolio of public and private grants. This role is essential in ensuring accurate invoicing, compliance with funder guidelines, and effective budget monitoring. Location : St Albans, WV Employment Type : Full-Time Compensation : $40,000$45,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Budget Monitoring

Track reimbursable expenses and ensure proper allocation of funds.

Prepare and submit timely invoices to funders.

Assist in proposal development and budget preparation.

Ensure adherence to funder regulations and internal policies.

Enhance internal tracking systems and documentation processes.
