Role Snapshot

• Own the programming, operation, and upkeep of CMMs to validate precision-machined parts.
• Create robust measurement routines in PC-DMIS (Calypso or similar tools welcome).
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to tight tolerances.
• Translate CAD models and drawings into clear, efficient inspection plans informed by GD&T.
• Generate complete inspection reports and contribute to nonconformance investigations.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and metrology equipment.
• Partner with production and engineering to resolve issues and protect process accuracy.
