Radia Oregon Radiology Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider in the heart of the beautiful Rogue Valley. Current team consists of 10 Diagnostic Radiologists, 6 Interventional Radiologists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers serving in both clinical and procedural roles. - Oregon Interventional Radiology Clinic
Hours : Shifts are (4) 10 hours
Shift times vary per location, generally starting between 7a-8a PSTNo CallNo WeekendsClinical Duties Include ( but not limited to ) :
Injection, exchange and removal of drainage catheters, to include GU and GI drainsImaging guided thoracentesis and paracentesisPerform venography and assist with arteriographyPICC placement and repositioning with ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidancePlacement, repositioning, and removal of tunneled and non-tunneled catheters, including implanted portsPerform lumbar puncture and myelography under imaging guidancePerform biopsy under imaging guidance, to include thyroidPerform arthrocentesis and joint injections under imaging guidancePlacement of small bore chest tubes under imaging guidanceSupervision of conscious sedation.Evaluation and management of Interventional Radiology patients Including performing and documenting consultation, history and physical, progress notes.Obtaining fluoroscopic diagnostic images under the supervision of diagnostic radiologistsEducation Level :
Graduate, Master’s degree Current Registry / Certification : RT(R) and / or RDMS, RVT preferredQualifications, Certifications, and Experience
Current Oregon license as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authoritySuccessful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner ProgramCurrent BLS / ACLS certification will be required.Current Registry R.T.(R) (AART) or RDMS, RVT is preferredCurrent privileges to operate fluoroscopy in Oregon preferred.If not, may need to obtain based on job duties.Maintain hospital privileges / credentialing where IR procedures are performedCME of 100 hours is required every 2 years to maintain privileges.Current DEANational Certification as prescribed by the NCCPACompensation :
Annual salary range $125,000 - $160,000 . Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity and employment status. The compensation listed above is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.
