Call Center Representative

Immediate call center representative needed, start next week opportunity to be 100% remote after training period. Must work on site in Albany, NY first. Opportunity to work with one of the largest financial organizations in the area. Full time opportunity with room for advancement Monday - Friday 8 : 30AM-5 : 30PM Albany, NY (onsite only) $20 / hr.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of call center customer service experience
• Microsoft office proficient
• Type 35 WPM
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities :

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
