We are seeking an
- experienced HVAC Foreman
- to oversee daily field operations and lead crews in the successful completion of commercial and multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage both direct and subcontracted crews from start to finish.
- Must be willing to travel within the state of Colorado — including, but not limited to, Glenwood Springs, Gypsum, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins. Travel is a key part of this role and an essential requirement.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily work activities for crews.
- Supervise and manage full crews and subcontractor teams.
- Serve as the main point of communication between Project Managers, Area Managers, HR, Safety, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
- Attend GC-requested subcontractor meetings as required.
- Schedule, release, and manage materials efficiently for each project.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor field performance, quality control, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and assist with installation and start-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and budget tracking.
- Requirements
- Experience :
- Minimum
- 10 years of HVAC new construction experience
- required.
- Proven experience managing full crews and subcontractor teams.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct configurations, and airflow.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and submittals.
- Knowledge of sheet metal, duct board, and flexible duct systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment operations and start-up procedures.
- Competency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout Colorado as needed.
