Production Supervisor Weekend Shift (Three 12 Hour Shifts)

Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff during second shift Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of production schedules Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and employee performance Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols Excellent communication and team-building skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Experience in metal casting or foundry operations is a plus Competitive salary with weekend / holiday supplemental pay Relocation assistance to help you settle near Muskegon, MI 3% automatic 401k contribuition (match an additional 6%) Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Opportunities for career growth and professional development

- Friday (6pm-6am)
- Saturday (6pm-6am)
- Sunday (6pm-6am)
