AF Collision is a trusted, locally-owned collision repair shop serving American Fork and the surrounding area. We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. As our current Parts Coordinator is moving, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and help keep our shop running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in our day-to-day operations by managing the flow of parts in and out of the shop. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy with data entry, and a customer service mindset. Prior experience with auto parts or in a body shop environment is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Order parts needed for repair jobs in a timely manner.
- Receive, inspect, and distribute parts to technicians.
- Enter invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Handle return parts and ensure proper credits are captured.
- Keep the parts room organized and perform regular audits.
- Answer phones and provide professional customer service.
- Assist estimators with walk-in customers as needed.
- Support the team with additional shop duties as assigned.
Requirements
