$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME HIRE! This will be paid out quarterly in the first year.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities :

• Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Assist with unit management and / or assume charge of unit as assigned
