Project Manager (PM) & Superintendent – Heavy Civil Construction Location : Peachtree Corners, GA 30093 Employment Type : Full-Time Industry : Heavy Civil / Infrastructure Construction Overview : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent to join our team. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, hands-on field experience, and a solid background in heavy civil construction. The ideal individuals will be knowledgeable in overseeing, coordinating, and managing construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Required Experience & Knowledge Candidates must have experience in the following areas : Traffic Control Erosion Control Roadway Construction Asphalt Installation & Paving Concrete Work Underground Utilities Storm Drainage Systems Water Main Installation Sewer Construction and Repair Required Certifications Applicants should hold the following certifications or be willing to obtain them : Traffic Control Certification WTCS Erosion Control Certification Blue Card / WECS OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in heavy civil construction Strong understanding of construction safety standards Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Excellent communication and team leadership skills Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and daily project activities Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and certifications and we will contact you to discuss the next steps moving forward.
