Center for Human Resource Management (CHRM); Center for Human Resource Management (CHRM) Overtime(OT); Outpatient Staff Productivity (OPP)
Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Expert 84+ months : Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and / or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his / her field.
1. 84 months data analytical background, experience with business intelligence tools to design reports( for example OBIEE, SQL, Microsoft Excel) or data analysis business solutions for operational reports.
2. 84 months experience in quality assurance testing of reports, SQL analytics, Oracle SQL knowledge, managing defects, development of report user acceptance documents including test plans.
3. 60 months experience soliciting report requirements, end user documentation development, specifically business reporting requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wire frames, and flow diagrams
4. 60 months experience with all phases of support specifications development including design, testing and maintenance of reports.
5. 60 months experience with developing end user training materials for use of Analytics, Dashboards, and / or Business Intelligence or application reports.
6. 60 months experience developing and implementing system and work-flow processes in a Business Intelligence environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, information science, criminal justice, health science, computer science, mathematics, or public / business administration.
8. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
