Job Description :
The Regional Product Manager leads the development and execution of the product line business for Medium Wheel Loaders within the Americas regions.
This position is the value chain entrepreneur responsible for all aspects of the business to ensure the product makes the expected contribution to short and long-term revenue, OPACC, profit, ROS and ROA commitments as well as market share and customer loyalty.
This position provides primary business view to the Vice President of Product Management regarding voice of the customer globally, global economic and competitive trends, technology and product development, manufacturing and supply chain economics and overall profitability for the assigned product business.

Producing Results : Understanding of the criticality of getting things done in spite of current circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage back-channel resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.
Competitive Environment : Knowledge of business market concepts and principles; ability to utilize the processes, tools and techniques for gathering, analyzing, and communicating information about the competitive environment.
Knowledge of Customers : Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles and information.
Knowledge of Product Line : Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
