Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN / LVN

Available Shifts :

Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday (6a-6p)

Age Range : Adult

Acuity :

Trach & Ventilator care, Feeding tube & Med administration (training provided)

Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN / LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days

Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary. xmcpwfu

TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

Must have reliable transportation
