Master Data Governance Lead

A company is looking for a Master Data Governance Lead to establish and operationalize a data governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and processes

Partner with business units to identify data owners and clarify roles for data domains

Lead initiatives to improve master data quality and define data integration rules

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics roles

2+ years of experience focused on data governance or Master Data Management (MDM)

Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality management

Experience working cross-functionally to define data ownership and standards

Knowledge of Snowflake, Power BI, or similar modern data stack components
