Job descriptionPaid Sick Time 401 (k) matching 3% after 1 year of working Health insurance License reimbursement after 1 year Benefits from Paychex, such as Payactiv GLHS is a great company to work for : 93% retention of employees 2 years+, Google reviews, great company culture, etc. Work Schedule : Full-time (40 hrs / week) Professional Growth : Lead complex reconstructions in VA's tertiary care setting Impactful Work : Transform cancer outcomes for the veteran population Education : MD / DO Licensure : Board Certified / Eligible in Otolaryngology Experience : Head and Neck Oncology fellowship (required) Technical Skills : BLS / ACLS certification Soft Skills : Multidisciplinary leadership, compassionate cancer care Perform advanced surgical oncology procedures, including thyroid cancer, parotidectomy, skull base surgery, and free flap reconstruction. Provide both inpatient and outpatient ENT oncology services. Ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and care coordination. Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and morbidity / mortality conferences.

This role focuses on the management of complex head and neck cancers and reconstructive surgeries, supporting a veteran population with comprehensive, compassionate care.
