Workforce Manager Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager Client-side Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor client-assigned tasks and deliverables within the ADP implementation project plan

Assist clients with translating current labor category setups to WFM Business Structure and ensure all organizational components are included

Provide customized training for employees, managers, and practitioners based on the organization's WFM setup

Required Qualifications

Experience with Workforce Manager

Experience with UKG Dimensions

Ability to assist in testing setup and validation

Project management skills related to implementation projects

Experience in providing training tailored to organizational needs
