Summary

The Integration Engineer will lead the development and optimization of healthcare data interfaces across Tech Titan’s ACO platforms. This role will be responsible for implementing HL7 ADT feeds, building FHIR-based APIs, and integrating a commercial-grade engine (e.g., Cloverleaf) to support scalable, secure data exchange. The ideal candidate brings experience from large health systems and is ready to apply that knowledge in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HL7 v2.x interfaces (ADT, ORU, SIU) and FHIR APIs
• Configure and optimize integration engines (Cloverleaf preferred) for real-time data exchange
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain and enhance existing Hermetech-based ADT feeds and custom integration code
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other regulatory standards
• Document interface specifications, workflows, and reusable integration patterns
• Monitor and maintain integration environments for performance and reliability
• Participate in cross-functional planning and contribute to strategic interoperability initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
