Primary Role & Work Environment

  • This position primarily involves service-based electrical work, with daily travel to various residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.
  • A broad understanding across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems is highly valued.
  • In addition to service work, we also take on remodeling projects, so experience with electrical work in remodels is a plus.

Electrical Installation & Repairs

  • Safely and efficiently install and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment, working independently as your experience grows.
  • Perform PVC and EMT conduit installations with a focus on efficiency and a clean, professional appearance.
  • Assist with wiring installations under supervision, progressing toward independent work.
  • Ensure all installations meet applicable codes and are ready for inspection.

    • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

  • Learn and apply effective troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Diagnose and repair faulty or non-functional electrical systems and components.

    • Customer & Team Interaction

  • Maintain respectful, clear, and professional communication with customers, supervisors, and team members.
  • Present repair and installation options to customers in an informative and courteous manner.

    • Quality & Safety Standards

  • Follow all company safety protocols and comply with the National Electrical Code.
  • Uphold high standards of workmanship to ensure jobs meet inspection requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Strive to deliver safe, reliable, and long-lasting electrical solutions on every project.

    • Inventory & Material Management

  • Monitor inventory and keep frequently used parts and materials well-stocked.
  • Responsibly return or restock unused or rarely used items to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
