• 70% of the role will be in office, nurse might be required to travel to patients home (MA, BKLYN, BX &QU) to complete wound care consults
• Nurse must be Wound Care Certified
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care facility. Minimum of 2 years of Public / Comm unity Health and 2 years medical / surgical experience required. Previous experience in PI
• BSN Required
