Housekeeping House Attendant

Overview

Housekeeping House Attendant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is part of the housekeeping team and supports room readiness and guest services by stocking linen storage, delivering guest items, assisting with room preparation, and cleaning patios on checkout rooms as required.

Responsibilities

• Stocks linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens
• Picks up and delivers guest request items
• Assists Guest Room Attendants as required; keeps all guest corridors, elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean at all times
• Interacts with guests in a welcoming and hospitable manner, accommodating any special requests
• Moves racks of clean linen to guest room floors; stocks linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities; empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors
• Assists in moving beds and furniture, turns mattresses, and removes or hangs sheers and drapes
• Picks up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis (e.g., irons, ironing boards, cribs, roll-aways)
• Responsible for snow removal and debris from guest room patios
• Keep linen rooms tidy, correctly stocked, and closed when not in use; ensure equipment is clean, tidy, and in good working order
• Report any suspicious activity or health and safety hazards to management
• Carry out any other cleaning duties as assigned by your manager
