As a Manufacturing Program Manager, you will be the primary architect of program execution strategies, bridging the gap between business goals and actionable results. You will lead cross-functional teams through the intricacies of assembly, labeling, and global distribution while navigating rigorous regulatory landscapes.

responsibilities :

• Define and Document Program Scope : Independently utilize advanced program management tools to establish execution strategies, resource requirements, and critical milestones for global manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead Cross-Functional Governance : Implement work breakdown structures and integrated timelines while facilitating collaboration across Engineering, Science & Technology, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Manage Product Transfers : Oversee the technical and operational transfer of products from development to manufacturing sites, including assembly, labeling, and packaging operations.
• Mitigate Program Risks : Proactively develop contingency plans and resolve issues to maintain program momentum, ensuring all deliverables meet global quality and regulatory requirements.
• Financial and Resource Oversight : Manage programs within approved financial plans, resolving variances and ensuring accurate tracking of capital and operational expenditures.
• Facilitate Global Communication : Lead international meetings and stakeholder briefings, maintaining a consistent narrative to ensure alignment across multiple global manufacturing and testing locations.
• Drive Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for cost avoidance, acceleration, and efficiency by staying ahead of changes in the global device and drug-delivery landscape.
