Housekeeping Public Manager

As a Housekeeping Manager you will lead the daily housekeeping operations in accordance with corporate and resort guidelines. This position is responsible for managing and motivating the housekeeping team overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all housekeeping services meet our quality and service standards.

• Communicate with guests and supervisors to address questions and provide clear direction
• Organize conduct and attend meetings to exchange relevant information
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Train and provide career development for housekeeping staff
• Supervise and motivate all housekeeping supervisors including staffing training discipline scheduling and performance monitoring to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assign duties to supervisors inspect work for accuracy neatness and compliance with policies and procedures
• Complete assigned projects and maintain written progress records
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Adhere to company philosophies policies and procedures effectively communicating them to subordinates
• Conduct training on safety security department procedures and service guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned including assisting with room cleaning when short-staffed
