We are seeking a permanent Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice offering outpatient care. The role involves a Monday to Friday schedule with an opportunity to see patients of all ages in a supportive environment. We are hiring a permanent Family Medicine Physician for full time coverage to join an established practice based in a renovated office space !

Job details :

• Start : As soon as credentialled
• Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00-4 : 30 pm (with some occasional extended hours). There is a shared call rotation (no weekends).
• ACO clinical wraparound support services
• Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages.
• The practice has full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services
• Patients a day : 15 - 22
• EMR : EPIC
