We’re expanding our team and seeking a skilled Plumber to support our home inspections and provide specialized expertise.

The qualified candidates will be based in the Woodstock, Alpharetta, Holly Springs or Roswell, GA areas.  We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented plumber to join our inspection team.

This role involves conducting plumbing evaluations during home inspections, identifying issues, and providing recommendations for repair or replacement.  Key Responsibilities     Perform plumbing system assessments during home inspections, including water supply lines, fixtures, drains, water heaters, and other components.     Identify and document plumbing defects, safety concerns, and code violations.     Provide clear, accurate, and professional recommendations for repairs or replacements.     Collaborate with inspectors and clients to answer questions and explain plumbing findings.     Stay current on plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.     Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service on every inspection.

Qualifications     Licensed Plumber in the state of Georgia (required).     Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in residential settings.     Knowledge of Georgia plumbing codes and standards.     Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.     Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.     Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
