As an Operations Manager with Precision Security Team, you will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of managing operations and personnel effectively. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day security operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. This position reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager and will supervise a team of on-site supervisors and security officers across multiple locations in Northern Colorado area. Company vehicles are available for site visits and other work-related travel.

While this role includes some office-based responsibilities, daily field presence is essential. Regular visits to assigned contract sites are a key part of the position, ensuring oversight, support, and direct engagement with team members and clients. This position may require occasional availability after standard business hours, including overnights, to respond to urgent operational needs, support field personnel, or coordinate emergency responses.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple security sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address concerns, and support on-site supervisors and security personnel.

This role requires daily use of tools such as workforce management systems, scheduling software, incident reporting platforms, and company communication apps. Familiarity with platforms like Silvertrac, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace, are strongly preferred.

Company Core Values :

Pay : This W2, salaried (exempt) position pays $58,000-$63,000 annually, depending on experience. Employees who work 30 or more hours a week are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance. Colorado offers additional benefits to all employees, including paid sick leave, the Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, which provides paid leave, and a secure savings option through a Roth IRA program. This position is eligible to accrue PTO.

PST adheres to a hands-off approach whenever possible, prioritizing verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques. The only instance where physical intervention is appropriate is if an individual poses an immediate physical threat to themselves, others, or you. Acceptable physical intervention techniques will be taught during our mandatory Phase I training.
