Position Overview

A South Carolina community hospital is seeking Board-Certified OB / GYN physicians for 24-hour call coverage with daily inpatient rounding. Providers will manage vaginal and cesarean deliveries, ED consults as needed, and NST monitoring.

Pay Ranking : Top 15% nationally for OB / GYN 24-hour call rates.

Orientation : day required on a weekday prior to the first shift.

Ongoing Need : 1 week / month after initial blocks.

Assignment Highlights

Schedule : 24-hour call (in-hospital rounding required daily)

Inpatient Rounding : 1-3 OB / GYN inpatients / day

Deliveries : 1-3 per day (vaginal & C-section)

NST / Observations : 2-4 per day (avg)

LDR Beds : 4

ED Consults : As needed

Inpatient APP : None

Circumcisions : Not required (handled by Pediatrics)

Patient Ages : 15-70

EMR : Epic

Orientation : day (weekday only, Mon-Fri) prior to first shift
