Responsibilities

About Philadelphia Social Service Ministries : Philadelphia Social Service Ministries (PSSM) is the collection of social services programs that the Salvation Army provides in Philadelphia. These programs include family emergency housing anti-trafficking and permanent housing for seniors and chronically homeless adults.

Description of Position : The Community Center Director is responsible for the daily operations of Haven of Hope Community Center including managing programs events facilities staff and finances. The Community Center Director will work with the Director of PSSM to enhance the centers long-term development such as identifying community needs identifying and applying to potential funding sources maintaining compliance with funders and creating programs to address the community needs.
