Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements : State PT license, CPR certification, BLS certification
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work weekend shifts if necessary, strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
  • Assess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies in collaboration with the healthcare team to meet patient goals.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately within the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
