Direct Hire

Compensation Range :

  • Mid Level (5+ yoe) : $130k-135k + 10% Bonus
  • Senior Level (8-10 yoe) : $150k-155,000 + 10% Bonus

Job Description :

Develop and enhance enterprise web applications using Python and AWS serverless technologies, with a focus on backend development and seamless front-end integration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Work on an internal single-page application supporting multiple company departments.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
  • Build and maintain microservices architecture in AWS.
  • Implement caching and refactoring strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with a mix of on-site and offshore teams.
  • Contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives for audiobook processing.

    • Requirements :

  • Must-Haves :

    • Mid Level : 5+ years of experience

  • Senior Level : 8-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong Python development experience for enterprise web applications.
  • Understanding of front-end frameworks (React preferred).
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs.
  • SQL and NoSQL database experience (at least one NoSQL-heavy project).
  • AWS experience with serverless technologies.
  • Microservices expertise, including UI integration.
  • Soft skills : proactive, forward-thinking, prompt, team-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

    • Elastic Search Index experience.

  • DynamoDB or similar index search experience.
  • AI-related development experience.
