What You'll Be Doing

Be the go-to guide for customers—help them understand what their vehicles need without the jargon

Write clean, clear service tickets and estimates that keep things moving smoothly

Communicate with techs like a pro and keep everyone in sync

Order parts without breaking a sweat (bonus points if you actually enjoy the process)

Keep the shop flowing, the customers smiling, and the phones ringing (in a good way)

Aim high—maintain a min. $500+ ARO and help us keep crushing it

What You Bring to the Table

You're a customer whisperer —people trust you, and you make them feel heard

You're fluent in automotive tongue , but know how to translate it for customers

You can write a killer service ticket—clear, detailed, and fast

Ordering parts? No biggie. You've got it down to a science

You're comfortable with tech—we use Tekmetric

You're organized, fast-paced, and thrive in a team that moves

You bring a positive, winning attitude —complaining isn't your style, problem-solving is

Sales mindset? Oh yeah. You're driven to perform and earn

What's In It For You

Base Pay : $1,000 / week

Bonuses : Monthly, performance-based, and very real

Total Earning Potential : $100K+ annually if you're bringing the heat
