Nurse Practitioner

About the Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across various settings. Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or PMHNP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in behavioral health or family counseling.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
• Previous experience in a community health setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Provide family and patient counseling to support mental and emotional well-being.
