Job Description

We are building a high-impact Lean Capability team to accelerate enterprise-wide transformation. As a Lean Capability Development Leader, you will architect and lead the deployment of a global system that builds problem-solving capability, embeds scientific thinking, and drives cultural change. This role is central to shaping how our organization learns, improves, and sustains excellence.

You will collaborate across regions and functions to coach leaders, design scalable development pathways, and integrate Lean behaviors into daily operations. This is your opportunity to influence how we build capability, lead change , and create lasting impact through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Lean Capability

• Design and deploy a scalable Lean capability frameworkthat embeds scientific thinking, daily management, and continuous improvement behaviors across all levels of the organization
• Coach and mentor leaders and teamsin core Lean concepts ( e.g. PDCA, A3 thinking, tiered daily management) to build problem-solving muscle and drive cultural transformation.
• Establish systems for measuring and sustaining Lean maturity, that reinforce learning and accountability.
• Integrate Lean capability building into strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional collaboration.
