Day to day operations of a 1.5 million dollar restaurant. Shifts will fluctuate from 5 : 30am to midnight. You will be managing between 3 and 13 employees per shift.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication skills. Able to work 5 days 40 hours on your feet. Team building background a plus. Front of house hospitality needed. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Working knowledge of cost of goods sales. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused.
