Job Description :

• Job Description : Current State
• Conduct an audit of existing vendor contracts to identify missing documentation, outdated terms, incomplete data fields or non-standard clauses
• Work with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to resolve gaps, collect missing information (e.g., insurance certificates, signatures, amendments, ownership transfers), and ensure records are complete and compliant
• Maintain and update contract templates, descriptions and clause libraries

• Ensure contract templates align with company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct preliminary legal research on procurement laws, industry standards
• Verify vendor compliance with legal requirements
• Assist with the creation / drafting / updating of contract related Stewart management bulletins
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Strong knowledge of contract structure, legal terminology, and procurement processes
• Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing
• Procurement or commercial contract experience preferred
