ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Are you looking to join a trusted local insurance agency where your attention to detail and people skills make a difference every day? Larissa Buerano State Farm is seeking a dedicated Commercial and Small Business Insurance Representative to join our team! This is a client-focused position with an emphasis on servicing and supporting our valued business accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage and service existing commercial and small business insurance accounts
  • Process certificates of insurance and handle policy changes accurately and efficiently
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment processing
  • Respond to client needs via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for each account
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all service requests
  • Support the agency team with additional administrative tasks as needed

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial or business insurance required
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with basic math and billing calculations
  • Excellent people skillsfriendly, patient, and professional
  • Outstanding multitasking ability
  • Experience processing certificates of insurance (preferred)
  • Confident and clear phone communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
  • Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Prior insurance office or customer service experience a plus
