Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a background in the waste management or recycling industry. This role is responsible for managing all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across billing, collections, payroll, and vendor payments
• Manage scale house accounting and software, including weight ticket reconciliation and invoicing
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for leadership
• Maintain general ledger, post journal entries, and reconcile bank accounts
• Handle AR and AP including invoicing, deposits, vendor payments, and collections
• Supervise payroll processing and ensure tax compliance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams

Requirements :

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM

Pay : $80,000 $120,000+ per year (based on experience)
