This 24 bed unit provides a focus on VAD and transplants, along with post open heart surgery patients. With a 1 : 4 ratio, our nurses receive support by their team, taking a collaborative approach in patient care through multidisciplinary rounding. Management encourages additional training to advance in their nursing career.
