There is an opening for Quality Engineer(s) for Ellwood National Forge (ENF) in Irvine, PA, however from time to time may be assigned to the Corry / Warren Plants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to those detailed below :

JOB DUTIES

• Prepare quality plans and manufacturing process plans.
• Conduct sales order reviews for quality requirements
• Develop and maintain quality procedures
• Lead preventative and corrective action efforts including QI Teams
• Conduct internal and external quality audits
• Assist in the Test Lab and in Inspection, including assessing and coordinating upcoming inspection requirements.
• Assist in the Test Lab and in Inspection to ensure accuracy, reliability and calibration integrity of dimensional inspection equipment
• Maintain compliance with the requirements of ISO Standards
• Travel required to the Corry, Irvine, Warren plants as well as other Ellwood facilities
• Provide support and training as required to insure compliance to established procedures
• As well as any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time to support the business needs.
