Location : Briarcliff Manor, NY

Schedule : Full-Time | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (flexible)

Salary : $80,000 – $85,000 annually

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Dietitian to join our outstanding clinical team. In this vital role, you will design and oversee nutrition plans that enhance residents’ health, recovery, and overall quality of life. You’ll work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure every resident receives personalized and effective nutritional support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor residents’ dietary needs

Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans

Educate and counsel residents and families on dietary and lifestyle choices

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to promote optimal outcomes

Accurately document care plans, interventions, and progress notes

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD) license required

Minimum of 3  years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

Strong understanding of clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy

Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
