Job Description :

Our client is hiring a Customer Service & Data Entry Rep to support investor onboarding efforts for a growing organization. This is a vital, detail-focused role responsible for reviewing investor documentation, tracking onboarding progress, and supporting internal compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and process investor documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients to gather missing or incomplete information
• Track progress using CRM systems and assist with internal reporting
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or documentation gaps
• Provide general administrative support, including front desk coverage as needed
