Location : Primarily Remote (must attend client meetings and court hearings in Marshall County, Indiana, and surrounding areas)
Compensation : Base pay of $15,080 yearly + 60% of collected fees on cases you originate and handle. The more you bring in, the more you earn — no cap, no limits.

What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of contested family-law cases from intake to resolution.
- Conduct client consultations and meetings (remote or in-person as required).
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials in Marshall County and nearby courts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while growing your own caseload.
- Leverage firm resources, branding, and support to enhance your practice.

Licensed to practice law in Indiana (in good standing).At least 1 year of litigation experience; family-law experience strongly preferred.Comfortable handling contested matters and court appearances independently.Strong written and oral advocacy skills.Self-motivated, organized, and professional.Excited about growing a caseload and adding value to an established law firm.How to Apply
