Job Description

Job description :

Location : Primarily Remote (must attend client meetings and court hearings in Marshall County, Indiana, and surrounding areas)

Compensation : Base pay of $15,080 yearly + 60% of collected fees on cases you originate and handle. The more you bring in, the more you earn — no cap, no limits.

Why Join Us?

Are you an ambitious, entrepreneurial attorney looking to grow your own practice while handling meaningful, high-impact cases? Our firm provides you with the freedom to manage your own caseload, the support of an established family-law practice, and the opportunity to earn directly from the work you bring in.

We work in family-law matters — including divorce, custody, child support, parenting time, paternity, and post-decree disputes — giving you the chance to develop courtroom skills and advocate for clients in some of the most important moments of their lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of contested family-law cases from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct client consultations and meetings (remote or in-person as required).
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials in Marshall County and nearby courts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while growing your own caseload.
  • Leverage firm resources, branding, and support to enhance your practice.

Why This Role is Unique

  • Work remotely — manage your schedule and workload from anywhere, while handling in-person client meetings and court appearances as needed.
  • Unlimited earning potential — you're paid a percentage of collected fees from the work you originate and handle.
  • Professional growth — gain courtroom experience, deepen your family-law expertise, and build a lasting reputation in your community.
  • Built-in support —use our systems, staff, and reputation so you can focus on clients — not paperwork.
  • Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana (in good standing).
  • At least 1 year of litigation experience; family-law experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable handling contested matters and court appearances independently.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
  • Excited about growing a caseload and adding value to an established law firm.
  • How to Apply

    Submit the following :

  • Cover letter detailing your interest and relevant family-law experience.
  • Résumé (including bar admission information).
  • Writing sample (motion, brief, or other advocacy document).
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Benefits :

  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
  • Work Location : Hybrid remote in Plymouth, IN 46563 and surrounding areas
